Designing with People in Mind
BambooHR isn’t just software—it’s a tool that helps companies hire, grow, and support their people. That meant every design decision had to be functional, intuitive, and human-centered. I wasn’t just designing pretty pages; I was crafting experiences that guided users effortlessly, whether they were HR professionals managing onboarding or small business owners looking for the right tools to build a thriving team. To achieve this, I focused on user research, journey mapping, and strategic design choices that aligned with BambooHR’s core values. I collaborated closely with marketing teams, product managers, and developers to ensure that every landing page, navigation flow, and UI component felt seamless and intuitive. By creating a scalable web design system in Figma, I helped streamline workflows, ensuring that future iterations could be built efficiently without sacrificing quality. At its core, my work at BambooHR was about translating a company’s mission into a digital experience—one that not only looked polished but also made users feel empowered, engaged, and ready to build great workplaces.
